Football Camp- Boys (Grades 2-6)
This football camp offers an experience designed to teach players the fundamentals and techniques of football. The techniques apply to the individual player as well as the total game. Techniques and drills will improve speed, agility, strength, catching, and throwing. Players will need to bring a drink, swimsuit and towel each day. Game Design and Roller Coaster Science (Grades 2-4)
The camp day is divided into two topics: Game Design & Roller Coaster Science. In the Game Design potion of camp, campers learn the basics of video game development and design games by hand with Bloxels and tablets. In the Roller Coaster Science session, campers work with instructors to learn the basic engineering behind roller coasters and use K'Nex to build models that demonstrate how roller coasters work. GOA- Global Online Academy (Grades 10-12)
Global Online Academy offers courses to current Lake Highland students in grades 10, 11, and 12 with at least a 3.0 GPA. Students enrolling in GOA courses must have daily access to a computer and reliable internet connectivity.
