Course #1501300, 0.5 credit S1: June 17-28 S2: July 8-19
This course will provide students with opportunities to develop an individual optimum level of fitness. The content will include physical fitness concepts, the significance of lifestyle in one's health and fitness, assessment of the health-related components of physical fitness, health problems associated with inadequate fitness levels, stress management, sound nutritional practices, and consumer issues related to physical fitness. The students will swim, run. lift weights, and complete course work daily, so several changes of clothing, running shoes, swimsuit, and pen and paper are required. | 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
The course textbook is not included in the tuition price.
