Students will learn that Yoga is designed to strengthen, align, and balance the body. They also will learn how to be mindful in their daily lives. When the mind is focused, it will soothe and recharge the nervous system.
Students will learn that mindfulness will teach them how to be aware of their surroundings. They will learn that a yoga practice will develop their breathing and assist in sustaining their concentration and balancing their mind, body, and spirit.
*This camp must be combined with an afternoon only camp to create a full day schedule.
