Halloween Carnival
On Friday, October 28, Highlanders in grades PreK through 6th will experience a fun-filled day at Halloween Carnival Heroes and Villains! This annual not-so-spooky event is an LHP tradition!
LHP families are welcome to watch the costume parade from the stands in the CNL Stadium (football field). Future Highlanders are welcome to dress in costume and participate. We will have the Future Highlanders walk the parade route with a parent.
After the parade, shuttles will escort families back to their vehicles. Highlanders will enjoy the rest of the festivities in smaller grade-level rotations that will feature age-appropriate activities. There will also be Kona Ice, kettle corn, and cotton candy!
Carnival will remain a student-only event this year. We appreciate your understanding and support in prioritizing the health and safety of all Highlanders!

The other area will be for Highlanders in grades 3rd through 6th. This area will feature an inflatable obstacle course, old-fashioned carnival games, a rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, a crazy hair station, and airbrush tattoos.

After dropping off your child in car line, please park at the Lake Highland Athletic Complex (LHAC). Please enter the LHAC via Alden Road, which is across from the lake. Parents may also park in the spaces available along Lake Highland Drive. Please do not park on campus. Shuttle service will begin at 7 a.m. to transport families and employees from the LHAC to the parade. Shuttle drop-off and pick-up (after the event) will be in the Upper School parking lot behind the Meffe Field House. Families will sit in the stands to watch the parade.
Safety & Security
All parents must wear their LHP-issued I.D. badges when on campus. Anyone without an I.D badge will be asked to check-in with Campus Safety upon arrival at the football stadium to receive a temporary badge.
