Creating Community & Connections

The heartbeat of LHP is its deeply rooted and connected Highlander community. Students and parents experience a profound sense of belonging at LHP through a diverse range of programs, activities, and opportunities to serve throughout the school year. Volunteer opportunities, service projects, and events are designed to welcome new families and students, build community, and invite new and old friends to come together in school pride and unity.

Go. Serve. Love.

Each year, LHP students, faculty, staff, and parents, have a day off of school to volunteer their time and talent to make a difference in our community. During this day of service called "Heart of a Highlander," more than 1,000 Highlanders partner with dozens of local nonprofits on 30-50 service projects and contribute 3,500+ hours of sweat equity and community service in one inspiring day.
