Philosophy
Lake Highland's Varsity Boys & Girls Bowling program focuses on teaching the sport of bowling and developing specific skills to help better our athletes. This sport that is as mentally challenging as it is physically challenging teaches important life lessons that will carry over to enjoy this sport for a lifetime.
Success
Both Boys & Girls Varsity Bowling programs participate in Class 1A, District 8 of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) and routinely participate against quality competition from across the state.
Facilities
Highlander Strength & Conditioning Facility
Located inside Weng Family Gymnasium, our 3,700-square-foot Strength & Conditioning Facility at Lake Highland is second to none. Equipped with seven platforms for Olympic-style lifts, three squat rack platforms, free weights, assisted lift machines, a total body jungle, and a designated area for cardio machines, our Strength & Conditioning Facility is open weekdays from 6:30am - 6pm for student-athletes with coach supervision. Athletes, Highlander parents, and LHP employees can focus on their physical fitness here.
