Varsity Baseball
Program Overview
Philosophy
The Lake Highland baseball program is proud to produce student-athletes who represent future leaders in our community. Teaching the “Game of Life” through baseball allows our players to build personal relationships that last a lifetime, while experiencing adversity and success.
Success
Our outstanding academic and athletic prowess has helped numerous LHP student-athletes achieve the goal of playing at both the collegiate and professional levels. While competing in a difficult district the Highlanders continue to excel into the FHSAA Tournament year after year
Facilities
Lake Highland Athletic Complex (LHAC)
This outdoor natural grass facility encompasses Frontline Field, O’Meara Family Softball Field, six regulation tennis courts, an auxiliary sports field and is the training location for our nationally-acclaimed Archery team. The auxiliary sports field hosts practice sessions for boys and girls lacrosse as well as boys and girls soccer. An integral component of our facilities, the LHAC provides our athletes a first-class practice and game experience.
Frontline Field
Home to the Highlander Baseball team, Frontline Field is located inside the Lake Highland Athletic Complex. This natural grass facility with a sand infield provides an ideal environment for a baseball game any time of the year.
