Building Community & Connections

At the core of the Middle School learning experience are the relationships we foster with students and families. Our goal is to build a community where students feel safe, valued, and recognized for their contributions. Balancing a whole-child approach to education with academic rigor, our learning spaces are designed to cultivate collaboration, spark imagination, and create a receptive atmosphere for innovation.

Enriching Education

In addition to core curriculum and Innovation Institute courses, Highlanders in 7th and 8th grades can participate in a variety of co-curricular activities. Here is a sampling of the range of clubs and organizations available to students.

Class of 2028

"Being a part of the Lake Highland family has definitely had a positive impact on my goals, general knowledge, and drive. Ever since I moved to LHP I have been greeted with support and motivation from both my teachers and peers. My teachers have and continue to encourage me every step of the way. Whenever I have questions, I am welcome to come after class or during lunch. In my experience, being a Highlander makes learning fun and enjoyable. I am proud to call myself a Highlander."
