Collaboration From Concept to Completion
In the 2023-2024 academic year, Lake Highland Preparatory School embarked on a strategic planning process aimed at shaping the school's future. Led by a steering committee of 14, more than 1,100 survey responses were collected from our community and 46 design team members conducted in-depth research and analysis to chart a bold path forward. This process identified key focus areas through a series of collaborative engagements involving our entire community – parents, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and board members.
After more than a year of extensive feedback, reflection, and aspiration, three strategic priorities were identified.

Detailed action plans and key performance indicators ensure progress and accountability as we execute this plan over the next several years. Through this structured approach, we aim to align our efforts, optimize resource allocation, and drive sustainable growth.
