LHP does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms without a formal request and approval from the school’s Director of Human Resources. LHP will deem any applications submitted by search firms to any school employee as LHP’s sole property and pay no fee if LHP hires the candidate.
Background Checks and Drug Testing
LHP conducts background checks, including fingerprinting and drug testing, and may use a third party to administer the tests. Background checks will be performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lake Highland Preparatory School is a drug-free workplace.
