Highland Preparatory School’s Upper School is devoted to preparing
young men and women for entering the ranks of college students. In
an “atmosphere of love and concern” students are challenged
to grow in their ability to take on the responsibilities of young
adulthood. Rigorous academics prepare students for the higher level
thinking needed in college and the professional world. Students are
provided numerous opportunities to grow spiritually and emotionally
so that they enter college with a well developed moral compass. Opportunities
in the arts and athletics abound, so that students leave Lake Highland
