We are seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:

College & Career Receptionist: In addition to general office tasks and greeting visitors, daily communication among the College and Career Team is essential to providing a positive and safe environment for students. This position requires a positive attitude, confidentiality and the ability to multitask in an energetic and robust environment. Essential functions include: scheduling student and parent meetings for all counselors, scheduling college visits with admission representatives and maintaining the college visit calendar on Naviance, coordinating diagnostic testing for new students, proctoring AP, PSAT and semester exams as required, participating in programming for all upper school students and other related projects, duties and responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary. Additional responsibilities include updating scholarship and summer programs on the College and Career web page and general office duties including answering phones, filing, data entry and spreadsheets. Working knowledge of computer system functions, including database, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel or similar programs and knowledge of American higher education system, Naviance and Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Campus Security Officer: Seeking a career minded, mission driven Campus Security Officer. The successful candidate will possess strong interperonal and communication skills. A class D security license, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a valid Florida driver’s license are required (will train the right candidate). Extensive walking, climbing, sitting, and bicycling are conditions of the position. Ability to carry and manage emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers. Officers must be able to tolerate varying environmental conditions such as exposure to temperature extremes, sun, precipitation, vehicle traffic, and noise. Parcel Carrier: The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position entails receiving and delivering parcel packages to faculty and staff members with emphasis on superior customer service.  A valid Florida driver’s license is required.
