Dear Lake Highland Families,

The 2013 school year is definitely off to a great start! LHPA is looking forward to more exciting events throughout the upcoming months.

We began with a highly successful Used Uniform Sale chaired by Jenn Buck. What a wonderful opportunity to purchase nearly new uniforms, outerwear, and spirit attire at huge savings! Thank you to all the fabulous volunteers who devoted so much time and effort into this much-anticipated event.

In March, our very own tennis stars will participate in another Round Robin for amazing fun and camaraderie. A huge thank you in advance to Clare Hudson, Denise Allen, and Cheryl Stockton.

Do not miss Lake Highland’s Art’s Festival which will showcase March 18-22. Sabrina Sane and Rosali Morris, along with a vast team of volunteers, will be working diligently to display student artwork all over campus, along with many other surprises!

LHPA will host another Spring Flower Sale with magnificent orchids from Ginny’s Orchids. Sales begin April 2, and delivery will be on May 3. These beautiful plants make the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. Look for details on the LHP website for easy, online ordering. Thank you to Donna Bailey for chairing this event.

The 6th Grade Celebration, co-chaired by Sejal Patel and Kerri Malett, is sure to be a phenomenal affair for our 6th grade students before they depart Lower School.

We are looking ahead with great anticipation to all of these events this spring, and thank our chairs in advance for their incessant hard work!
