Take-out Tuesdays offer a delicious and nutritious meal for four you can pick up on campus between 4:30 and 5:30pm at Maxwel Station, the open air pavilion behind the Lower School. The meal features a meat, a vegetable, a starch, a green salad, and a simple dessert, and is served hot in an aluminum pan with ample portions to serve four. The green salad will be served in a separate container with your choice of dressings. The cost is $25 -- hard to feed a family of four at McDonald's for that amount. To reserve your meal sign up and pay on-line by 8:00am of the preceding Friday so we have enough time to order the food and prepare it for your pick-up on Tuesday afternoon. We hope the timing fits your schedule as you collect your children from Academy classes, sports practices, drama rehearsals, debate, band, chorus, or any of the myriad of after-school activities at LHPS. Or if your student drives and you trust child not to eat everything before he or she gets home, your student can pick up supper for the family. Wouldn't that be nice?
