We want to celebrate and share what our students are doing!  The Achievements Submission Form is for parents, students, alumni, grandparents, employees, and friends to use and inform us about student achievements we may have missed. We will post these on Facebook, tweet them or use them in publications.  LHPS will not publish the full names of students in the Lower or Middle Schools.  Because of space limitations, no entry is guaranteed to be published.

Please submit student achievements in clear and concise text. Verify spelling of all names.
Limit your text to 75-100 words. All entries are subject to editing. All photos must be original (no copyrighted photos please) and sent with captions.
