The Lake Highland Athletic Program is divided into interscholastic athletics and physical education. The athletic program provides activities for students grades 6-12 with Middle School programs that feed into the Junior Varsity and Varsity programs. The Middle School program provides activities for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students which are not provided in the public schools today.
The philosophy of the Physical Education program is to provide the student with the maximum amount of instruction and practice time to instill the movement skills required to participate in future lifetime activities and athletics. Physical Education is a comprehensive program with a curriculum covering grades K-12.
