Gear
Each player is expected to purchase items from the Spirit Pack. Spirit Pack items include a jersey (mandatory), black spandex (mandatory), knee pads (mandatory) and a program T-shirt (optional). Order forms will be handed out at the Parent Informational Meeting on August 11th. Once Spirit Pack items are handed out, players are expected to wear them during the athletics sessions. All items will be charged directly to each player’s student account.
Teams
Teams will be made in order to compete in games. Teams will be based on grade level.
Coaches
Members of the JV and Varsity teams will run the drills and training sessions. Players will learn the specific rules of the game as well as the terminology, positions, rotation process, and technical and tactical decisions. Varsity players will be responsible for coaching the teams while JV’s main task will be to ensure games and sessions run smoothly (ie: scorekeepers, referees and line judges).
Games
Final 3 weeks will consist of inter-squad games beginning at 4pm. Parents are welcome to attend the games.
