Dear Junior-Class Members and Parents,
Welcome to the webpage of the 2008 Junior-Class Internship Program (JCI). Please take the time to read the documents which are posted here. They provide all the necessary information for a successful JCI experience. To find them, just click on the links below.
- Juniors, please pay special attention to the Student Timeline. It describes the actions you need to take, and the dates for their completion.
- Parents, please read the Parent Timeline for information about your part in the JCI Program.
- Juniors and Parents, pay special attention to the two forms you need to submit and their submission dates. The Student-Parent Contact Information Form is due by Tuesday, January 22, and the Internship-Site Proposal Form is due by Friday, February 22.
If you need assistance at any step in the process, please contact our internship coordinator, Douglas Cazort, at jci@lhps.org, or at 407-896-5903. We also recommend that parents talk to senior-class parents to learn how they helped their children find internship sites, and that juniors ask seniors about their internship experiences last year.
